Face Warp Check is a research and educational image-processing tool. It is NOT a certified medical device, diagnostic system, or clinical decision support software under FDA regulations or international medical regulatory frameworks.
This utility must never be used as the sole basis for surgical planning, diagnostic assessment, psychiatric evaluation, or forensic legal testimony.
2. Data Handling & Privacy Commitments
Strict Ephemeral Processing Policy:
- No Image Storage: Uploaded images are processed entirely in memory and immediately discarded.
- No User Profiles: There are no user accounts, logins, or identity tracking.
- No Behavioral Telemetry: No commercial advertising trackers, third-party marketing pixels, or invasive session recorders are embedded.
- No Model Re-training on Submissions: Uploaded photographs are never retained to augment or train future AI models.

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall the authors, contributors, or affiliated clinicians be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use or interpretation of the signals provided by this tool.
